Contract Administrators Help You Find What You Need
Procurement Services Contract Administrators are available to assist you with finding suppliers and products. Contract Administrators are assigned to strategic contracts to monitor performance standards and compliance requirements. Contract Administrators also assist University faculty and staff with contract questions and issues (examples; ordering, invoicing, price matching, and product failures).
The names of the Contract Administrators are posted in several locations. The quickest way to obtain contact names and numbers is to print the PDF of Suppliers, Products and Services. This document is updated frequently as contracts are added, or removed, or when information changes.
Each supplier is provided with a Contract Web Page that includes detailed information on commodities and services, how to use the contracts, and contact information that includes the supplier’s sales representative and the U-M Contract Administrator. Search Windows
Searching Procurement Services Web Sites-In the upper right hand section on every Procurement Services web page is a Search Window. This Search Window only searches Procurement Services web pages and is used to find products, services, and suppliers. Enter the name of the commodity, service, or supplier you are looking for. The result is a list of the web pages that contain the word(s) entered. Note; only titles of PDF’s are searched. |
M-marketsite Punch Out Supplier Catalogs Advanced Search-When placing your orders online through M-marketsite, you can use the “Advanced Search, Other Options, Similar Terms,” to findkeywords for the punchout catalogs. The supplier catalogs with the key words are listed under Other Matches on the bottom left section of the search page. |
