M-MARKETSITE ORDER STATUS
If you have received an M-Pathways PO for your M-marketsite ePro req, but the order does not appear in your M-marketsite History, please contact the MAIS Help Desk at 734-936-7000 or email maishelpdesk@umich.edu. You should have received an email message from MAIS with the PO number that was built from your ePro req, or you can find the PO number by a search on the Manage Requisitions page.
To view your M-marketsite order history, you must navigate to M-marketsite through Create an ePro Requisition in M-Pathways. Note: You cannot view your order History through the M-marketsite Browse Only link.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKING M-MARKETSITE ORDER STATUS
To check the status of an M-marketsite order, users should contact the suppliers directly:
Apple Computer
1. Log in to M-pathways Financials & Physical Resources System.
2. Open the Apple catalog in M-marketsite.
3. Click on the order status link in the bottom right hand corner of the home page.
4. Enter your Apple Web Order Number or your Apple Sales Order Number and the zip code of your shipping address. There is also an option to use your email address instead of your zip code.
Arbor Mitchell
Contact Arbor Mitchell Customer Service at 734-477-0577. Departments must provide their Arbor Mitchell Customer Account Number. Arbor Mitchell will contact all new users to establish their Arbor Mitchell Customer Account Number.
Bio-Rad
Contact Bio-Rad Customer Service at 1-800-424-6723. Bio-Rad requires the order confirmation number that was sent via email from Bio-Rad. Please note that Standard shipping with Bio-Rad is 2nd day Airborne. All “overnight or next day orders” should be phoned in to 1-800-424-6723.
If you do not receive an email confirmation from Bio-Rad, this could indicate that your order was sent from M-marketsite to the supplier but was not entered into the Bio-Rad system. Call Bio-Rad customer service at 1-800-424-6723 to check the order status.
Bostwick Braun
To confirm your order was received by Bostwick Braun please follow the steps below. You have three options (Call, Email or Check Online). In all cases you will need to provide the PO number.
Option 1 Call
1) Locate the PO number
2) Call Bostwick Braun 800-711-1457
3) Provide the Bostwick Braun associate with the PO number
Option 2 Email
1) Email dflowers@bostwick-braun.com and provide your PO number
Option 3 Check Online
1) Locate the PO number
2) Login to M-Pathways and navigate to the Bostwick Braun punch-out on M-marketsite
3) Click on the Order Status icon
4) From drop down list select search orders by PO#
4) Type the Bostwick Braun PO number and press the Enter key.
5) The screen will refresh with the order status information.
CDW-G
To check order status, you have three options:
1) Login to M-marketsite:
- Click on the CDW-G icon
- Click on “Check Order Status” under Resources
- Enter any of the following information to find your order:
PO Number, Order Date, Order Number or Invoice Number.
2) Send an email message to one of the CDW-G U-M Dedicated Account Managers:

Concept to Promotion
You should receive a personal telephone call from Jovan Eberhart at Concept to Promotion the same day you place your order.

Continental Laboratory Products
Call Jenny Foust at 1-800-456-7741. Provide the ShortCode, Department Ref# and Order Date.
Cryogenics
Contact Cryogenics U-M Customer Service at 1-800-838-1660 or Fax 1-313-835-3562. Provide the ShortCode and Order Date.
DELL
Within two days of order placement, you will receive an email order confirmation from Dell. The email will contain a Dell Order Number and Zip Code.
If you need to check on the status of your order before receiving the email order confirmation, click the Dell icon on M-marketsite. Click the “Order Status” button and search by any of the following criteria: Order Number, Customer Number, Link Number, PO Number.
Dot Scientific
Email orders@dotscientific.com or contact Toni Kelley at 1-800-878-1785. Provide the ShortCode, Order Date, and name of the person who placed the order.
EMD Biosciences Laboratory Products
To check order status for EMD Biosciences Laboratory Products, including Calbiochem, Novabiochem, Novagen, and Oncogene Research Products:
1) Call Leslie Harris-Ferguson at 1-856-599-6694
2) Please provide your "shortcode" followed by the P.O. number when calling. Purchase orders are entered and referenced using the short code first followed by a dash and then the P.O. number. (Example 123456-3000123456 )
Environmental Innovations
You should receive an email order confirmation from Environmental Innovations the same day you place your order if placed by 5:00pm.

Fisher Scientific
Call the U-M Customer Service Representative at 734-615-6767. If you have received an email conformation from Fisher, provide the Customer Service Representative with the Fisher Order conformation number. If you have not received an email confirmation from Fisher, provide the Fisher Customer Service Representative with the PO Number and they will be able to determine your order status.
Grainger
Contact Drew Ahrens at 734-662-1060. Provide the PO number, Order Date, and stock item number (product number).
Haworth
You will receive an email order confirmation from ISCG within 2 business days of the order date.

H.E. Lennon, Inc. - Swagelok

You should receive an email confirmation with-in 24 hours of placing your order notifying you if product is in stock or on backorder.

Herman Miller
You should receive an email order confirmation from Facility Matrix Group within 3 business days of the order date.

IDT - Integrated DNA Technologies Inc.
To check order status, log into M-Pathways and click on the IDT icon on the M-marketsite page, then click on "Order History". Enter the sales order number, the M-marketsite PO number or the IDT reference number of the order. The status for that order will display.
If you cannot find the order status, call Customer Service at 1-800-328-2661. Provide the sales order number, researcher name, PO number or other information to help locate the order.
Invitrogen Life Technologies
You should receive two email messages from Invitrogen for orders placed through M-marketsite. The first message is an order confirmation from Invitrogen acknowledging that the order has been received. Included in this email are the Invitrogen Web Order Number and contact information for Customer Service. The second message is the order confirmation, which contains the order details.
Questions regarding order status may be directed to Customer Service at 1-800-955-6288, option 3, x46029. Provide the Invitrogen Order Number. If you do not have the Invitrogen Order Number, provide the ShortCode, Invitrogen Web Order Number, and Order Date.
ISC Bio Express
Contact Customer Service at 1-800-999-2901. Provide the Department Ref#.
JEM Computers, Inc.
To check order status, you have two options:

This is an on-site telephone number for Robyn, but if she is away from her desk or on another line your call will automatically forward to the Office Max “Call Center Red Team.” The Red Team can assist you with most questions. - To follow up on orders not yet received , provide the PO number. The ShortCode used to place the order may also be requested.

RR Donnelley
RR Donnelley will send an e-mail order acknowledgement notification for orders palaced through the M-marketsite once they have processed the PO. Users should allow upto 24 hours from M-marketsite order placement to receive the e-mail notification.

Sigma-Aldrich
To check on the status of your order, or if you do not receive a confirmation email from Sigma-Aldrich, follow the steps below:
1) Call Customer Service at 1-800-365-2535
2) If you have received an email confirmation from Sigma, provide the Customer Service Representative with the Sigma-Aldrich Standard Order number, which is listed on the email order confirmation Sigma sent to you.
3) If you have not received an email confirmation from Sigma, provide the following information: ShortCode, Catalog item number size and Order Date. For Mmarketsite orders provide the PO number.
Steelcase
You should receive an email order confirmation directly from NBS/Steelcase within 3 business days from the order date.
If you are inquiring about the status of an order, please contact Leslie Johns. Provide the name of the person who placed the order and the “web order number” that is contained in the email confirmation (e.g., W0000010**).

4) Press “1” for checking order status
5) Provide the VWR associate with either (a) the PO number; or (b) the Order Date and the name of the person who placed the order.
Option 2 Check Online
1) Locate the PO number
2) Login to M-Pathways and navigate to the VWR punch-out on M-marketsite
3) Click on the Order Status icon
4) Type the VWR account number as 2604678 and the PO number and press the Enter key.
5) The screen will refresh with the order status information.
