How do I cancel an M-marketsite order?
To check the status of an M-marketsite order, you should contact the supplier(s) directly. Click here for information on how to contact M-marketsite suppliers.
If you need to cancel your M-marketsite order after the PO has been built, you must complete two steps to cancel the shipment of the order from the supplier and the PO:
- Contact the supplier directly to request the shipment of the order be canceled.
Vendor contact information.
- Email Procurement at procurement.services@umich.edu with the M-Pathways ePro requisition number or PO number and your contact information (i.e., name and phone number). Please indicate in your email message that this is an M-marketsite order that needs to be canceled.

Is training available?
While there is no formal training for M-marketsite navigation through an instructor-led class, the following training and support options are available:
- M-marketsite On-Site Training
At the request of a department or unit, Procurement Services will make arrangements for an on-site training session on an as-needed basis. If you are interested in scheduling an on-site session, please email your request to marketsiteT2@umich.edu
- The MAIS Help Desk provides tier one support for M-marketsite, including basic navigation walkthroughs and troubleshooting. Contact the MAIS Help Desk at 734-936-7000 or email maishelpdesk@umich.edu.
- Step-by-step job aids and simulations via the My Learning & Information Center (My LINC) are available to assist you with navigating the site.
What are the key benefits of ordering through M-Pathways/M-marketsite?
- One ordering site with many supplier catalogs to choose from
- One password needed to access all catalogs
- Prices listed are the University’s negotiated prices
- Products and prices can be “compared” among many suppliers before ordering
- Order History is available online in M-Pathways and in M-marketsite
- “Favorites” lists can be created for personal use
- Orders are placed using ShortCode(s)
How are products and services ordered that are not available through M-marketsite?
The University has many suppliers whose products and services are not available through M-marketsite.
